Our practice offers individual therapy and counseling services for adults in multiple states, focusing on addressing depression, anxiety, life transitions, program consultations, and adoption home study contract work. We believe in a comprehensive approach to helping individuals find peace and build resilience.

Our practice is open to serve you from Monday to Thursday, 5pm to 9pm, we have limited availability for session on Saturdays and Sundays. We are closed on all major holidays.
